I am a neuromuscular massage therapist. Although the principles from the book are similar, we have improved and redone all the progressions and incorporated a number of other elements to create a more comprehensive training program. In addition, the web app is interactive, unlike the book. It walks you through a physical assessment and creates a personalised training program for you. The app then adjusts sets, reps, and difficulty based on your feedback, and shows you visually how far along the progression you are. It’s designed to be a full-proof way for you to succeed.

I got injured some time ago, can I still train?

Yes! A thousand times YES!

If you are dealing with an old injury, this is a perfect way to get back on track. As many of you know, calisthenics saved my life when I was injured and forced to give up weight lifting (which I’m now thankful for).

If you’re injured all you have you to do inside the Calisthenics Fundamentals Video Course is find the exercise on each progression that you can do PAIN-FREE.

If you’re used to doing diamond pushups you may end up moving all the way back to standing wall push ups. And that’s perfectly okay.

Calisthenics is very gentle and you can start from the easiest progressions like wall pulls, and build your way up. It conditions the nervous syste, not only strengthening your muscles but everything around them like joints, ligaments, etc.

What is your refund policy?

I want to learn a skill which is not in fundamentals.

We cannot stress enough how critical fundamentals are to your calisthenics journey. We have seen athletes ignoring progressions and jumping straight into skill development…and too frequently, this leads to injuries or de-motivation. These are not skills you can learn in a week. Over the course of a few months you will learn more and more advanced moves until you are able to do the skills you crave. Patience, young grasshopper.

Will it get me ripped?

Getting ripped or losing fat is generally about 80% nutrition – so the program itself cannot get you ripped. But if you combine a great diet with our exercises you are in for a total body transformation.

How often do I need to workout and how long are workouts?

You pick how many times you want to workout according to your own lifestyle. At the moment all the workouts are full body but THIS week we are implementing a feature which will enable you to pick how long you want your workouts to be, e.g. 10/30/60 minutes and you can change between them.

The more workouts you do the faster you will progress – but you are going at your own pace.

Are product updates included?

Of course! All the future updates for this particular product are included including the upcoming mobile app. Actually you will be the first to know and test the app. We also work with you on what content you would like to be created.

We are building this product with you, for you. Period.

Is this course really worth the money?

First of all, our goal is to provide so much value and resources that you never ever have to spend money on any other calisthenics program EVER.

If you are new to it, what you might not realize yet is that every calisthenics move is a complex beast requiring expertise in multiple areas and without effective progressions and professional support it can be extremely frustrating to move forward.

We know because we have been there. Sure, you could solve this by hiring a local Calisthenics expert. They’d be able to quickly identify your issues and set your path straight, but this type of attention comes at a price. If you’re unable or just don’t want to spend $50-$150 on a single session…well, that’s why we’re here.

Can I work out offline?

Our system enables you to easily print out your workouts and take them with you anywhere. After you’re done you are easily able to input the data into the system.

If you are away for a longer period of time or would like to get back on track, it’s as easy as redoing your assessment to see exactly where you are and starting from there.
